"My stay"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

I was admitted as an emergency patient last Thursday 9/11/15, with q herna. I was sent to SAU where I was met with hostility!!! From the sister. I was then Left for an 11/2 on a hard bed in a consultants room! My obs where taken with high blood. I was then moved to a bed and eventually a sister came along to admit me! Then a surgeon who tried to put the bulge back inside which failed. I was then left Nil by mouth. This went on for two days. The nurses came back and forth with no conversation and only when the night staff came on did I get any communication about what was happening in my case, my op got cancelled 3 time due to the fact I was on an emergency list and every time one more serious came through I was put back( which I appreciated) this however was not explained to me until I went on ward 101 on the 3rd day. During this time I was only fed at 23:00 on the first day, 22:30 the second and nothing on the 3rd!!! I was ask to stay another day but as there was no grantee that I would have an op on the 4/5/6th day I was informed that I cud be brought back on an open list in a couple/2 weeks time. I have just rang the consultants sec who has informed me that the consultants list is full and no way would I be back in two weeks but will get back to me!!!! When!!!! I am absolutely discussed
