"Aids installed by OT helped greatly"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services

(as the patient),

We had a visit from the occupational therapist (CMHTE north), it was very soon after lots of very helpful aids were fitted, what a difference this has made to our lives – I no longer have to shut my eyes and hope for the best when my husband goes down a step as there is something there to help him. I too find the aid very helpful.

Our grateful thanks to everyone

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Duckling560,

That is good news. I will be happy to pass this to the team so they know you appreciated the help both in getting the aids and also now using them. Thank you for taking time to let us hear your story.

Best wishes,

Eunice
