What could be improved

I attended the Audiology Dept with my husband who will be 86 in January and suffers from angina. He walks slowly with a stick. We parked near the rear entrance where the Diabetes clinic but not the nearby audiology dept was signposted so we did not use the most convenient entrance but walked very slowly a longer way to the dept resulting in his being 10 minutes late for his appointment. He was told that as he was more than 5 minutes laqte he would not be see and would have to come back another time. No conbsideration made for age or infirmity, just go away. Seems patients don't matter.
