Consultants were good and operation was a success

What could be improved

The staff care was appalling. I was a gynaecological patient in a room full of screaming and distressed geriatric patients. My catheter was overflowing twice but the nurses refused to change it. They dragged me out of bed and left me and I had to crawl back, in agony. They were totally cold and disinterested in their patients.

Anything else?

I would avoid this hospital at all costs
