my daughter and son in law attended for 20 week scan recently. They have both been extremely upset since,,,,reasons

The technician/midwife was extremely unpleasant...no eye contact or friendliness at all, this is in itself distressing as parents 9as she probably knows) are very anxious and vulnerable at this time.

Procedure of ultrasound completely alarming,,,,,,,,,checking for cleft palate etc scan of heart will take me some time etc well aware that scan is important bur reassurance and patient contact should be uppermost extremely distressing experience as a result my daughter has to book for private scan two previous babie born here staff were always professional and approachable,,,,,,,would not like anyone else to exoerience this individual.........
