Response from Lister Hospital

Thanks so much for getting in touch - we're so pleased to read how highly you rated your mother's care whilst she has been with us on level 11.

It must have been a really worrying time, especially when things looked so bleak a couplf of weeks ago.

We know that those involved in your mother's care will be delighted to read your feedback, which we will ensure reaches them as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we do hope that your mother settles in well to her nursing home.
