"I cant thank you you enough for making the day an easy one"

About: Western General Hospital / Oncology

My Mother had an appointment due to a lump she found on her breast. I took her to the doctors less than 2 weeks ago because she found a lump. She got an appointment within 2 weeks at the clinic. She was so scared. After visiting the clinic I have to write a few comments about the fantastic care and the staff were amazing. I have never done this before but the way you made my mum feel made it so easy for me to go through this. From start to finish you could not have done anymore. the whole process was quicker than I even could have thought. I sat down with sandwiches and coffee and a paper. Never really got to eat my sandwich or read my paper. I understand that it cant always happen so quick but I appreciate what you did. I wish I could remember the 2 girls names that dealt with the biopsy but what such kind caring people. My mum had to go for a second mammogram we sat in a room and the girl in the brown hair and a ponytail sent someone to make sure we had been taken care of. My mum was so chuffed. Not so good news in the end but all mum could talk about was how kind everyone was. I cant thank you you enough for making the day an easy one. We may have a journey ahead bit if I can have some positive outcomes like the one I just had with mum I will be happy thankyou again
