What I liked
I took my mom to outpatient appointment and we used to have interpreter booked before our appointment,but on app in last week nurseson theclinic said they have stopped face interpreter and started telephone interpreter ,but my mom can not undersatnd a single which was interpreted to her i was there thats why when wecame back home i had explined every thing to her,if i would had been there then my mom could had been left in dark and i find it totally ir responsibl attitude of manangement people in our community find already any services unreachable and bytaking this telephone interpretation you have made it worse, i will speak on further higher level about this matter andwould like to resume face toface interpretatio again thanks
What could be improved
yes the problem can be resolved by using face to face interpreter and also there sould be atleast coupleof interpreters permanantely i outpatient department for patient convience thnaks
