"M2 maternity ward"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

I came into hospital today at 8:30am and was told the ward had no beds and was made to stay in antiI natal day unit till 9:30 when I come up there was loads of bed the ward was not full. The attitude of the staff is horrible I have been made to wait 2hours for pain relief and then when I did get it the midwife said they had forgot about it. I should have had stockings put on at 9:30 this morning and still not received them at 10:30pm, when I went to the office to ask for them and pain relief I was snapped at and told they was busy. Yea busy having a conversation about their bloody weekend. I am high risk and have had 3 miscarriages. I am now 34+1 and have spd a tilted pelvis and have had back surgery and my back has gone my baby is not moving like she should and the staff are more interested in talking about home life and there weekends and drinking tea having a laught.

Would not recommend or rate Bolton hospital to anyone they don't give a toss. Last year I had septicaemia and was misdiagnosed in August last year so have no faith in the place

Sarah, we believe that staff have not discussed your concerns with you in person.
