Do any of the staff bother to read the relative communication sheet? I have added 3 comments to a sheet that is currently attached to my father's notes. My question is why add this into his care plan when it is ignored? There has been no achknowledgement of comments.

I have even received a telephone call asking me questions that had been answered on this sheet. I'm sure relatives would feel more assured that health professionals are actually taking on board the comments made on this sheet. Just an initial or a comment to let people know they have been read would be appreciated.
