"Impressive service"

I was extremely impressed with the paramedics who came to my rescue not once but twice after breaking my arm following falls.

The first time I called them after falling and breaking my arm and, despite living in a small village, they arrived very quickly. The second time, I had another fall just a few weeks later and again broke the same arm. When I phoned for help the paramedics who arrived were very impressive, extremely efficient, kind and caring, constantly checking that I was warm and comfortable as possible in the circumstances. They kept up my spirits by cracking jokes and gave nothing but the best service.

The other service I have been very impressed with is that provided by the community cars. I was unable to drive with a broken arm so was dependent on the community cars for transport to and from the hospital. I really could not have managed without them. They have helped me out on numerous occasions when I had each hip replaced and then again when I was diagnosed with cancer and needs to get to hospital for various treatments.

I am so very grateful to the people who provide all of these services.
