(as the patient),

I had to visit A&E on Sunday evening, having fallen and dislocated my left shoulder. I received very prompt and caring treatment from the 2 nurses allocated to my case. The consultant was also excellent. I simply feel I must post this statement as I have had the misfortune, of requiring the services of the NHS on 3 separate occasions. Thank goodness we have you!

Thank you for taking the time to voice your appreciation for the care you received in A&E on Sunday. I was sorry to hear about your shoulder, which must have been very painful for you; however I was pleased to hear about the prompt, caring treatment you received from nursing and medical staff. This is exactly the experience we want for every person who requires to use our Service. I will gladly share your post with the team in A&E.
