Lack of information when my mom was in got the feeling she old it doesn't matter I just hope the staff never have there parents in there

Thank you, Anne, for giving us feedback about your mom’s experience on Ward C1. We aim to offer all our patients the very highest standards of care and the best possible experience, and so we are disappointed that you feel we fell short of this aim during your mom’s recent visit.

We are sorry you feel there was a lack of information on C1. Improving patient information is a big piece of work that’s underway at the moment and it would be very helpful if you could give us more detail about what information you feel was missing.
