"Best care anywhere at Northern General Cardiology"

I'm currently awaiting two cardiac procedures and have recently had several stays in Firth 7. (Will probably have more). I had to write to say thanks to all concerned and compliment the ward manager on her excellent staff and their pleasant, professional attitude in all situations. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone on the ward and their prompt personal service and assistance has been a reassuring and calming influence on me. Thanks again and I hope this is passed onto Sister Webb the Ward Manager and her excellent staff.
