I totally concur with previous 5 star reviews of the Urgent Care Centre. The staff on reception were so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
We arrived soon after 7a.m. and it was most impressive to find the Friends' Cafe so early in the morning. I was seen very quickly and transferred to the emergency eye clinic.
I waited for only a very short time before being seen by a lovely nurse.
The doctor was really charming, very thorough and they explained things extremely clearly. At no time did I feel I was being rushed through. I am full of raise for the service I received and would like to thank everyone involved.
