What I liked

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was told everything I needed to know. I felt safe and secure with all the staff from Consultant to cleaner.

What could be improved

Could do with a second, smaller, waiting room for those awaiting to go into surgery.

Anything else?

I was in the day surgery ward but need to stay overnight. I had previously (April 2008) been to day surgery and found the staff there just as accommodating.
