"Ridiculous waiting time"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I now had two appointments in the dermatology department and both times the delay was ridiculous. The first time I was seen an hour after the scheduled time and the second time over 90min later! No explanation was given as to why that is by nurses other than this is 'normal'. When I asked the doctor I was told that this happens daily because the appointments are booked in 5min slots which is not enough for one patient. I read a review from April to which the hospital responded they are working on this issue - clearly this has not been taken care of. It's simply unfair on the doctors and patients.
