What I liked
Not a lot
No Time for the Hospital or Staff I hope things have improved from my Stay in 2000
What could be improved
Staff not sitting at Nurses Desk reading books / magazines even when people were pressing their bells / buzzers.
In Broadgreen the staff checked each person through the night.
Anything else?
After being transfered from Broadgreen which was Excellent, I had the misfortune to be sent to the Countess.
After a Triple Heart bypass I was relesed with no Home Care No After care I lived in a 1st Floor Flat by myself with no outside help after just moving into the flat.
I was refused Help with Toilet Cleaning being told I would have to wait till the following morning.
The member of staff making the beds run out of Blankets and was asked to take Blood Presure not knowing how to use the machine.
The Member of staff bringing meals around sneezed into her hand and then went to hand out some bread without washing her hands
