About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

I called the team of the 3rd floor today because I got an appointment made for anomaly and cardiac and it was suposec to be at the same day as I explained ti the team when I made the appointment.Today I received the appointment and it was wrong dates one on 23 november and one on 23 december which should be both 23 decrmber.I called today to change it and the person I spoke ti was very rude they didn't even let me explain properly, and they put them 23 november both of my scans which said it needs to be 23 december. They got really rude and telling me I shoulld have told them before they made the appointment.I even heard them talking with their team and saying that I am making them mad and talking in a language they shouldn't.No one should be treated in that way. I am pregnant and now I am feeling bad why should I be treated like that.Then at the end they said is done and just dropped the line.
