"Trauma & Orthopaedic Out patient clinic"

My appointment of 9th November was the best service I have received since attending the clinic for approx two years. The consultant was exemplary in the service given me, I can never fault them.

It is the running of the clinic that was always the problem. They do have an extra Surgeon on the team and it also appeared that they do not have lots of people being booked in at the same time. The clinic did not appear to be so crowded and seemed more organised so maybe things are on the up. Yes the clinic was running an hour late, however it was not an issue for me.

I would have waited for as long as it takes as appointments are precious, and not every patient can be seen within the appointment time (15 mins) expected by the trust.

Lets hope it continues to improve as this dept has a lot of negativity on this site. I hope my next appt gives me the same experience I received yesterday.
