"Excellent service"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I had an o/pt appointment for an ultrasound scan at 1245 on Monday 09/11/15. Despite having made the app't just a few days before I received a letter confirming it and what I was required to do (clear fluids only for 6 hours beforehand - no early morning coffee!) and what it would involve. I arrived early, to be asked to take a seat in a waiting area full of people and therefore expected to have to wait for a while, possibly a long while. I was called within a few minutes and, after the procedure, left the hospital before my actual appointment time. This was excellent NHS service. Thank you.

I've ticked "Don't know" in "Department" below because I couldn't find an X-Ray Dept. option.
