"12hour wait for concussion unacceptable"

Arrived at 10.50pm - advised that earliest time to be seen by a doctor would be 10.50am the following day.
Nurse triaged twice, they were concerned, but overwhelmed by numbers and could do nothing.
At 3am we decided that this unpleasant environment was not the best location for someone to recover from concussion. We were encouraged not to leave, but felt we had no choice.
Can't blame the staff, management and funders are making the wrong choices.
Just appalling.
