It is to be expected that staff on a unit dealing with babies will be caring, but the care, skill and love shown by all the members of the unit, regardless of "rank" was exceptional and a great comfort to us new and, perhaps, anxious parents.
The rooming-in facilities enabled my husband and I to be with our premature first baby and learn from and be guided by the staff giving us much more confidence to take home our baby after our two weeks' stay.
