"Breast Screening"

I was recently referred to the breast screening service following finding a lump in my breast. I was given an appointment within 5 days and the Consultant was very reassuring and thorough. He talked me through all the investigations/scans he was doing and why.

The reception staff were a little frosty and the nurses didn't really make it clear where you had to go to get changed etc and what would happen.
