What could be improved
I recently accompasnied my wife to outpatients department as I do often,and I noticed the department to be neglegted and mostly irritating the fact there are no resources available as soap into the toilets,when I confronted the domestic i was told no soap was available until next delivery.Could we do somethingh aboutit?
