Following a car accident, myself and my husband and children visited Grantham A&E in early November.
We felt that a receptionist couldn't have been more distant, frosty and disinterested. It was a while before we were acknowledged at the reception desk and their manner was rude and cold. Very off putting.
The treatment by nurses and doctors was good.
