I wanted to praise an NHS colleague for a fanstastic service. Myself and my partner went for a routine 12 week scan, as nervous and excited expecting parents. I think the staff member was called Helen (Midwife/Sonographer at RCHT). She was very friendly and welcoming; and throughout the scan was extremely knowledgeable pointing out and explaining all aspects, which I felt was more in depth than other scans we had previously had. She provided multiple views and axis of baby which we really enjoyed. I work for the ambulance service so often feedback and praise is hard to come by and complaints appear more frequently passed onto staff, probably due to less people writing in to say thanks and well done. So I felt obliged to write to say thanks.
