ENT staff and staff at the head injury ward where I stayed were absolutely brilliant and really friendly. My nose wouldn't stop bleeding and I lost so much blood that I had to stay for 2 nights. Staff were just really kind and caring and the doctors at ENT were so professional and down to earth.
I couldn't fault the quality of care. What a breathe of fresh air!
