"excellent service"

My 6 year old son was taken by ambulance after a fall where he banged his head, followed by blurred vision, vomiting and falling asleep. The paramedics were brilliant, the first arrived immediately by car, followed by another car, and then the big ambulance to take us to Bedford A&E. A&E was extremely busy but we were seen in about 1 hour. The staff were excellent, professional and very understanding. My son was admitted to the children's ward where, again, the staff were excellent. Thank you all for all your hard work, you are all amazing.
