I had my second hip replacement this October, both operations were carried out at Kingsmill and all I have is praise for the care I had. There were 4 of us in the ward and we chatted about the complaints that the hospital received and we could not understand why. We were looked after so well, OK, 6am is early to be woken up but the staff have so much to do to make sure that all patients are washed, medication given, vitals taken etc.
