I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency I encountered in the above clinic when I had attended the 'walk-in' clinic to have my hearing aid re-tubed this week.
Afterwards my partner and I had a coffee in the nearby COSTA coffee cafe.
The queue in there was enormous with one person serving and run off her feet.
I would like you to pass on what a sterling job they were doing.
We both felt that they should have more help serving and wonder if you could possibly look into this situation.
They were uncomplaining and very efficiently carrying out her job as best they could under the circumstances.
There were other staff there in the kitchen and making the coffee but everything else was being done by them. Tables needed to be cleared too.
I wonder what happened to the volunteers who used to work in these cafes? Costa seem to be everywhere now!
