"Pain clinic,waste of time"

Waited 12 months for treatment and still waiting.I have a phone number in which if your condition changes you phone, leave a brief message and they get in touch with you.its a pack of lies they don't get in touch and the consultant's Secretary is rude,abusive and insulting when you phone to enquire about an appointment, PALS say they can't do anything and that the secretary was rude to them,waste of time

Am seeking legal advice to sue over lack of care
