"Orthopaedics appointment"

My appointment was for 5.50pm so I wasn't able to use the free medi link bus but parking was not a problem at the circle and it cost £2.60. I was very impressed to be called for an x ray about 3 mins after I checked it for the appointment, this took a matter of minutes. I waited approx.10 mins to be shown into a waiting room where coffee, tea etc. was offered whilst I waited to be seen, my consultant was very nice and efficient. I just have one gripe, I had to do paperwork for an op I'm having and there was nowhere to write it, I wasn't offered a pen.

The gate G staff had stopped working for the day so I couldn't get my operation booked in, this wasn't really a problem. On the whole it was a very good experience.
