"Notice saying "clinical psychologists" ..."

What I liked Notice saying "clinical psychologists" on an internal door. What could be improved? Access to clinical psychologists. Training and function of the counsellor(perfectly nice guy but how does he fit in to the general picture?). Literature on what Monkton Hospital does and who works there is essential. I see the entry on this Website is blank. Anything else? I am carer for my wife who is suffering from chronic depression. She is currently in Bede Ward Two with frequent home release. I have been unable to obtain any response to my various requests: a) how the mental health system in South Tyneside Works, b) who decides what (eg sessions at Monkton when she was mute), c) whether clinical psychologists actually exist in the Borough and how they may be accessed, d) the content and a copy of a 2002 report by the doctor, Claremont House, N/C University Medical School which the doctor at Bede has paraphrased for us verbally and seems to me to be completely wrong, sending Eileen's treatment in the opposite from the required direction. My request for a copy of this report, made on 20th March under the Data Protection Act, has not been complied with. Amanda of St Andrews is kind and sympathetic but appears to be unable to do anything. My situation is well described by Franz Kafka in his novels. Any concept of "Choice" (let alone informed choice) appears to be fictitious.
