What I liked
I visited A&E yesterday as I had a sore eye. I was seen by the medical team within 3 minutes of my arrival and the problem was successfully treated (I had a chunk of grit in my eye that was scratching my cornea) . The SNs fully explained what had happened). They were all very polite and put me at ease.
What could be improved
I received a perfect service.
Anything else?
A top service delivered by a dedicated team. Thanks so much for sorting out my eye with such a professional manner and within 10 minutes.
