"I feel ignored"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I came in a few days ago. I told them I had not passed a motion for over 12 days. I also told them I had not passed urine for 1 day. I have been laid here with very little input from either the doctors or nurses. I seem to keep getting ignored. They attempted to use a catheter on me three times. On the last occasion they damaged me. I now have blood in my urine that was not their the previous day. I have still not received any help with my back passage either apart from one enema What has this place come too. ?
