"Visit to orthopaedic out patient department"

I attended an outpatient appointment booked for 3pm I arrived early knowing parking can sometimes take time. I hardly had time to open my book when I was called in by a friendly nurse. I was greeted by the specialist in a friendly, professional manner. My symptoms were discussed and a small operation suggested to solve the problem. Once agreed the necessary form was completed which I handed in to the reception desk. I left the hospital completely satisfied and all before 3pm the time scheduled for my appointment.
