What I liked

Through out my short stay (emergency) I was kept informed, treated very quickly. Everyone explained what was happening. All staff from Doctors to cleaning staff were polite and curteous. The food was fresh not over or undercooked and very good.

What could be improved

I cannot think of any although I was only in for 24 hours

Anything else?

Although not important in my case, I could hear staff (Nurses & Doctors alike) discussing patients details, perhaps they should do this in a briefing room or speak a little more quietly.

But this is a minor comment - I can do nothing but give you and ALL your staff my highest praise and thanks
