King's College Hospital is a world class medical facility that offers excellent medical care through its dedicated medical and nursing staff.

However the elephant in the room is communication or the simple lack of it !

Communication between departments, consultants, other hospitals and agencies is frankly appalling, a perfect example of the left and right hand not knowing what it is doing.

The inability to communicate and coordinate activity would not be tolerated in the business world and it is not hard to see why so many hospitals are in the red.
