What could be improved

staff commuication, my gran was in a ward for old people. the bead next to hers had this old woman that would try to hit people, my gran told me she put her hands up to her 2 or 3 times, i had a word with the staff, they said thats the way she is they is not much we can do. that person should have been movied away from my gran, why should my gran be put in danger by her. if you rang the buzzer they just came switched it off and went back to what they where doing, and thats when i pressed it so what do they do when visters are not there.
