"What a Gem of a hospital"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

I attended Bishop Auckland Hospital Endoscopy Unit on Ward 20 today. I was to have a Colonoscopy and like many others very nervous about this procedure. From the minute I walked onto the ward I was treated with utmost respect and dignity from the guy on reception to the nurses who I encountered. They explained everything fully and were incredible at making me feel at ease.
