"Not impressed"

The reception staff not very efficient at all. Twice now my wife and I have been to see the Optomotrist this year. And on each occasion we were informed to make another appointment at the reception. And on both instances were told, we could go home and they would post the next appointment out to us. The first time we had to go back and chase it up, because they were busy and forgot to do it. The second time which was in August and was classed as "Urgent" we waited to physically see this booking done. And was told again to go home as she could'nt access the bookings,and will do it later and post it on to us. So it is now November and after chasing this booking up. It transpires nothing was done again, so much for "Urgent" and to be honest what the hell do the Reception staff do all day, they obviously can not managed to arrange your next appointment
