What I liked

My mother was admitted to the high dependency unit in the General after a head injury that required surgery. The first time I visited I was taken a back by all the equipment that was attached to her and had to walk straight out of the room and was physically sick. The nurses there at the time were great and one of them came out side with me and when I was ready came back into the room with me. Just like to say thanks a lot for that. My mother also stated that the care received was excellent.

What could be improved

Could have better air conditioning. Was very hot in there.
