"Ambulance crew went above and beyond"

My 77 year old mam had an accident and split her nose badly and broke her glasses, the ambulance came and they went above and beyond their duties. She was on her own and vunrable and was worried about her frozen food. The paramedic went above their duties and quickly went by her house to drop the shopping off which made her feel at ease they then proceeded to go to the opticians to organise her glasses being fixed for the next day as she can't see without them. because of these kind people it's had minimal impact on her routine and she can continue with her weekend as normal instead of worrying about going here, there and everywhere. We really appreciate all the help she got from initial accident all the way to aftercare. You've got some great staff and a big thank you from our family
