What I liked

I am a regular visitor to the Freeman Hospital and find all of the staff from reception, through to nurses and consultants to be first rate.

The hospital is spotless and a pleasant environment to visit as an outpatient. I feel fully involved in the decisions we make together about my health and find staff always easy to contact about by telephone when I need to discuss my ongoing condition.

Anything else?

A real credit to the NHS, this is a fantastic hospital
