"Rude Orthopaedics - Consultants Secretary"

Called the Consultant's Secretary (Orthopaedics) to enquire about an appointment. They were extremely rude and patronising, didn't want to listen to my enquiry etc and seemed in a desperate hurry to get off the phone. Its a good job I have seen the Consultant before because if thats how their secretary behaves towards their patients I would be worried that is how they would be. The secretary definately needs a lesson in communication skills. I work for the NHS and if I behaved that way it would be reported to my Line Manager.
