"The most uncaring, disgusting service"

About: Nuffield Health, Guildford Hospital

Having been referred by a respected consultant, I was shocked at the total lack of social skills, care or willingness to actually do any work to help a patient in pain. The physio I spoke with told me how complex my insurance is, (it isn't), expressed total ignorance regarding my injury (alarming), and is clearly in the wrong line of work, (you do require basic humanity to be in the caring profession). I am disgusted at the total unprofessionalism and unnecessary stress to paying patients. I am so grateful to now be receiving treatment at an efficient, reputable, trustworthy, competent hospital who have the time, care, consideration, and expertise that any human being deserves. The Nuffield at Guildford, should not, under any circumstances, be classed as a private hospital. Run for your life!

Firstly please accept my apology for the poor care and treatment that you received whilst you were a patient at the Nuffield Guildford. This is not the standard of care we would expect to provide and I apologise that your experience was unacceptable. Our head Matron is keen to discuss your concerns further with you.
