"No contact still after 3 years!!"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

Very Very poor service. I have no other way of putting it my dentist has tried to refer myself to this dentist after my appointment in 2012 3 years later.. I am still waiting for them to get back to me about my surgery for my overbite. I have honestly never experienced such poor service, does not give great confidence when you are getting what they call a major operation. Also when you call the hospital you seem to be on hold for about 10 minutes which

I understand it its very busy.. When you finally get to number 1 in the que it cuts you off nothing more annoying!!
