"Misdiagnosed for over 3 years!"

Long story short I have been in and out of ENT for last 3.5 years and they still have not managed to diagnose me correctly. One consultant said they won't refer for a scan so had to go back again and saw another doctor who recommended a scan! Waited for scan appointment for 12 weeks and I ended up in ENT without a scan. Someone had cancelled a scan appointment that was initially made prior to my ENT appointment so I never got the scan! There is absolutely no urgency to help me at all. The consultant told me they can't explain what happened and it must be an admin error. Extremely disappointed. A formal complaint is well over due. Apparently I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for a scan. This last doctor I saw was the one who didn't refer me for a scan so makes me wonder did they cancel it. Maybe they thought another doctor went over their head.
