About: North Middlesex Hospital

as usual, I popped in to have bloods taken, carried out with usual expertise and only waited 15 minutes which is very efficient these days.

The procedure was carried out slickly and from what I observed to the correct standard.

Staff extremely friendly and casual which is good for me as a frequent attender.

Re Helen Rolleson Centre - great asset for north midds cancer patients, this resource is not available in other London hospitals

I am the service manager, mark.elsworthy@nhs.net and will be sharing your comments with the team.

We aim to ensure each patient is put at ease during their bloods taken and this is achieved by every member of the team treating patients with courtesy.

You are correct that the the Helen Rollason cancer support centre is a great asset for North Mid patients and helps patients emotionally and physically by providing complementary therapy services such as massage. It is one of only two such centres in London.
